'Not All The Victims Were Jews, But All The Jews Were Victims'
Treasures and Testimonies Holocaust Musuem was initiated by teacher Pamela Simon and her students four years ago at Q.E.C.V.I, in Kingston, Ontario. Treasures and Testimonies Holocaust Musuem focuses on survivors who live in Kingston, Ontario. We also collect information, and store it in our archives, to share with our visitors and future classes.
After students in Mrs.Simon's class read the book 'Hanas' Suitcase', they all began asking questions, it was at this point the students decided to start their own musuem. The musuem is student-run and facilitated by Mrs.Simon. Each year the students add the existing musuem to improve the exhibit. Our musuem is fully funded by intersted parties.
